1 1/2 cups whole wheat Panko breadcrumbs
Nonstick cooking spray
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. honey
Honey Barbecue Dipping Sauce

2 tbsp. honey
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, stir together barbecue sauce and honey.
Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and make sure they are all coated.
Cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours.
Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Put flour in one bowl.
Beat eggs in another bowl.
Put Panko crumbs in third bowl.
Coat individual chicken tenders in flour, then dip in egg.
Finally, generously roll the chicken tenders in the Panko breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken strips on the baking sheet (with nonstick spray).
