Strawberry Rainbow Dessert

INGREDIENTS

  • One 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • One 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries

  • 2 cups colored miniature marshmallows

  • 1 cup sliced ripe bananas

  • 2 cups whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

Cream the cheese with honey until soft.

Fold in partially thawed strawberries, marshmallows and sliced bananas.

Whip cream until stiff enough to hold its shape.

Fold into fruit mixture.

Spoon into 1 1/2-quart mold.

Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.

To remove from mold, loosen with spatula, invert over serving plate.

Dessert is soft-textured.
