Indian Ginger Mango Lassi
INGREDIENTS
3 cups fresh or frozen mango, diced
1/3 cup clover honey
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
2 pieces ginger, grated and squeezed to produce juice
1 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients (just juice from grated and squeezed ginger) in a blender and puree until smooth.If using frozen mango, you may need to add a little water to help blend.
