
Honey Ginger Carrots
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
One 16 oz. can sliced carrots, drained
DIRECTIONS
In skillet, melt butter.
Add honey, brown sugar and ginger.
Heat and stir until bubbly.
Add carrots; cook, turn frequently until heated through and glazed.
