
Honey Asian Dressing
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
3 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine honey, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a bowl.
Whisk in vegetable oil, add sesame seeds and adjust seasoning.
Use on Asian-inspired salads topped with chopped nuts and/or fried onions.
