Blackberry Yogurt Honey Pops

INGREDIENTS

  • Three 6 oz. pkgs. fresh blackberries

  • 2/3 cup water

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor, purée blackberries and water until smooth.

Pour blackberry purée into a fine-mesh strainer, and using a rubber spatula, press through until all purée has passed through; discard seeds.

Return to processor. Add honey, yogurt and lemon juice and pulse until fully incorporated.

Pour into ice-pop molds or individual serving containers, cover and freeze.
